Payment
TreadSource accepts most types of payment to quickly and easily handle your order.
Credit or Debit Cards:Tread Source accepts all major credit cards including: VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. To pay by credit or debit card, simply choose the Credit Card payment method in the "Payment Method" section of the shopping cart. Fill out the form, making sure to complete the required fields.
Your credit card information will be sent by advanced SSL Security to Authorize.Net, one of the most secure real-time payment processors.
The billing name and address must match what your credit card company has on file. If it does not match, it will cause delays to your order or may cause your order to be declined.
You will notice the credit card charge on your bill or statement within 2 business days.
If your credit card is declined, you will get an immediate message after clicking the Order Submit button. TreadSource.com does not know the reason why a card is declined. Contact your Credit Card Company or bank for information or carefully try submitting the information again.
Checks/eChecks (Paypal):TreadSource accepts eChecks through Paypal. If this payment method is used, your products will not ship until the payment has cleared. This usually takes 3-4 business days.
Pricing
Customers purchasing within California are subject to the current rate of sales tax. Pricing is subject to change without notice. If payment is received for an Out-Of-Stock item, customer will be reimbursed and notified when product is available.
Promotions
Promotions and special offers are subject to verification, expiration and availability. Coupons must be presented at time of purchase. Offers may not be combined.
Out of Stock Items
If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be notified my email and the order will be cancelled with the money refunded to the purchasing credit card.

Updates to your account can take up to 24-hours to take affect. Please contact the webmaster (info@treadsource.com) with any questions about your account.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tread Source Inc. for losses incurred by Tread Source or another party due to someone else using your account as a result of your failure to use reasonable care to safeguard your password.
Shipping & Delivery
Tires are usually shipped within 1-3 business days through FedEx. All delivery times are subject to stock and availability. If for any reason the products are not expected to ship within 3 days, notification via email is sent to the customer including expected delivery date and reason for delay. Additional days for wheel and tire packages and non-stocking/special orders may apply.
Customers receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction when an order is placed and a second email with tracking numbers and shipment information when order is shipped. Please save printed copies of your order and shipping confirmation for your records.
TreadSource.com will not be responsible for shipping delays after products have left our warehouse. Overnight, 2nd and 3rd day order apply only to stock on hand. All overnight, 2nd and 3rd day orders cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed by e-mail. Please email us at shipping@treadsource.comfor all overnight, 2nd and 3rd day order confirmations.
Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska and Canada and U.S. contiguous may incur higher shipping charges based on the shipping option available. Shipping times may vary.
