Return & Refund Policy

Damaged Products

Products damaged in shipping must be reported to Tread Source within 48 hours of delivery. Please call us toll free at 877-898-0885 or email us at billing@treadsource.com. We will provide you with an authorization number to ship the damage product back to us for replacement.

Returns & Exchanges

All requests for returns and exchanges must be made within 7 days of delivery. Customer must call or email Tread Source for a return authorization number. In order to return tire and wheel products they must be in as-sold condition and never have been mounted on a vehicle or used for any purpose. All products are subject to shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee.  Wheel and tire packages are subject to a $60 labor charge for dismount. Exceptions are when Tread Source has made an error in filling your order. Also, special order items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Credits will be issued to the credit card used on the order only after TreadSource receives the tires and approves them for return. If payment received was a money order, we will refund by check to the billing address.

Canceled Orders

If an order is canceled by the customer before it ships, a credit for the purchasing amount (including shipping charges and taxes) less a $25 restocking fee will be issued to the credit card used on the order. Once your order ships, any cancellations will be treated as a return.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

TreadSource.com will only warranty products against defects as determined by the manufacturer. You must call Tread Source toll free at 877-898-0885 or email billing@treadsource.com for a return product authorization number. Customer is responsible for freight charges.
